Second Monday in April

At the April 11, 2011, meeting of Asperger/Autism Parent Group of Goshen, two sessions will run concurrently

1.     Our sons are sexual beings... Now what? A searching look at the pitfalls and possibilities when parenting young men on the autism spectrum.

Speaker: Sorah Stein is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (www.BACB.com) and an AASECT Certified Sexuality Educator (www.AASECT.org). She is mom to 3 children, the oldest of whom has Autism. See more at her website, www.teachingparentsteachingkids.info

Please do not bring children to this session.

Unique issues for girls on the spectrum

Speaker: Janeen Bertsche Johnson
is a mother of two teens, one of whom is a daughter on the autism spectrum. She is a parent volunteer and active participant in the Asperger Autism Parent Group of Goshen. She is employed as Campus Pastor at Associated Mennonite Biblical Seminary in Elkhart.


Both sessions will be held at 8th Street Mennonite Church, 602 S 8th Street, Goshen, 7-8:30 pm.
