Light the way for Autism Awareness

In observance of Autism Awareness Month (April), ADEC Autism Resource Team presents Light the Way for Autism Awareness.

Illuminate the RiverWalk
Tuesday night, April 26
Kardzhali Park, Elkhart (NIBCO Parkway)
7:30pm-8:30pm

Two ways to show your support:
1)    contact us by calling 574-294-6197x105 or by emailing blakesleev@adecinc.com. We will make a luminary in honor of your loved one who is on the autism spectrum, and then place it on the RiverWalk the night of April 26. You may also contact us through the ADEC website, www.adecinc.com.

2)    Join us at the park on April 26 at 7:30pm. We will have materials there for you to make your own luminary to light with the others.

You are invited to a short program at 8pm with the Elkhart Memorial “Gold Rush” Vocal Jazz Choir , which will culminate in a lighting ceremony of the luminaries. We hope these will line the RiverWalk and be a visual reminder to all of the number of people on the autism spectrum.
